Who we are
Solari Marketing (Pty) Ltd ("Solari", "we", "us") is a South African marketing technology company and the responsible party for personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
When you submit the waitlist form we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- A brief description of what you are looking for (optional)
- The page you arrived from (referrer URL, if any)
We do not collect or store your IP address.
Why we collect it
- To notify you when Solari launches
- To understand what products our waitlist audience needs most
- To reply to your enquiry if you have asked a question
Legal basis (POPIA §11)
Processing is based on your voluntary consent, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us and requesting deletion of your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information until you ask us to delete it, or until Solari has launched and you have been contacted — after which we remove data that is no longer needed for the original purpose.
Who we share it with
We use the following service providers to operate this site. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else.
- Resend (resend.com) — delivers your submission to our team by email
- Supabase (supabase.com) — stores submissions in a secure database
Both providers operate under their own published data processing agreements and process data only on our instructions.
Your rights under POPIA
As a data subject you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
- Request deletion of your information
- Withdraw your consent and object to further processing
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator
